Linwood Animal Clinic is comprised of a modern veterinary facility, radiology department and on-site laboratory.  We emphasize preventive care whenever possible to ensure a happy, healthy and long life for your pet.

VETERINARY SURGERY

Our EKG and Pulse Oximetry equipment can monitor your Pet's heart rate and vital signs to better determine how well your Pet is responding to treatment and during surgical procedures. In addition we offer comprehensive diagnostic laboratory services, and a complete pet pharmacy.  At Linwood Animal Clinic we believe in aggressive pain management during post-surgical recovery and for those medical conditions that have the potential to diminish the quality of your pet's life.  Compassion and commitment to your pet's well being is our primary concern.

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

We offer physical examination, vaccinations, heartworm and parasite prevention, geriatric health care programs for older pets, veterinary dentistry, and nutritional counseling services.  We also recommend a complete physical exam for your pet on a yearly basis.  Lots of changes can occur from year to year, especially as your pet gets older.  Preventative health care recommendations are made based on examination findings and your pet companion's individual needs and situation, which you help us to determine.  This may include blood, urine, or fecal tests, vaccinations, dietary or exercise advice, and life-style changes.

ULTRASOUND

We also offer advanced Ultrasound technology to help us diagnose your pet's medical condition without the trauma of  invasive exploratory surgery. Ultrasound imaging can give us a clear and precise format from which to determine the most effective treatment options for your pet.

RADIOLOGY

Our modern X-Ray equipment ensures your pet has minimal exposure to radiation, while our automatic processor produces clear, quality films.  Within minutes, we can have your pet's X-rays taken, processed and ready for interpretation by our doctors.

COMPLETE PET PHARMACY

We maintain a complete Pet Pharmacy to ensure that your pet has the proper medications he or she may need to maintain optimal health.
